PRINCIPALLY SPEAKING: Mid-quarter reports will be
sent home next week on Wednesday. Take time to go over them with your
child and, if you have questions, talk to your child’s teacher. Remember
the grades are not as important as whether the child is learning.

MID-QUARTER REPORTS:
The first mid-quarter ends on September 21
with reports going home on Wednesday, September 26.

FALL
ACTIVITY: The
Fall Activity for this year is “Old Fashioned Games”. On Friday,
September 28, the children will be divided up into groups to travel to
different stations to play games from by gone years. We will be doing
games like Croquet, Clothes Pin in a Bottle, Pin the Tail on the Donkey,
Horse Shoes, etc. The idea behind the Fall Activity is to give the
students from preschool through 8th grade with the older ones being in
charge of the younger ones. The activities will last for the morning
culminating in lunch together in the gym before returning to our normal
afternoon activities. Although the activities last only a morning, the
friendships and memories last all year!
