National Lutheran Schools Week is a chance every year to express our thankfulness to God for having a Lutheran School. Concordia Lutheran School still does teach children about Jesus and will continue to do so. We need you to pray for our school, teachers, parents and students so that Christ will remain at the center.
Please assist us as we look to the next school year. Enrollment numbers have always fluctuated at Concordia, but we could really use your help to get the word out. Talk to your friends, family and neighbors about our preschool and day school so that more children and their families can be reached with the Gospel. Concordia Lutheran School is a great place to get an education that lasts a life time and beyond.
God bless all of you as we give a special thank you to Concordia Lutheran Church and the pastors who established and continue to support the school.
-Dan Henschen

Joy of Giving
ConcordiaMarch Chapel Offerings:
The March chapel offerings are going to Camp CILCA or The Central Illinois Lutheran Camp Association. Camp CILCA is a place where Lutheran families can enjoy the outdoors together.
Remember!! Thank you for your patience while we were working on the doors. We believe that the trouble with the doorbells has been fixed! While the doors were having trouble, parents were dropping off their children in front of the office. It is now time to remember, the handbook states that children should be left off in the gym parking lot. You need to continue to be aware of oncoming traffic and the school children who may be in your path. Also, during the school day, if picking up a student early or dropping a student off late, the student needs to come thru the office and sign in or out. When doing this in front of the school, remember not to impede the parking for our staff. Our staff come and go from the front parking lot and need to be able to do that in a safe manner also.
Anytime you have a question please do not hesitate to call the office. -Thank you, Sharon & Lora

our teachers: Part 2 of 2
Miss. Billotte
She was the best teacher ever,
She taught us many things.
She was loving and caring,
And has the purest hear I know.
Deborah W.—8th Grade
Mr. Henschen
He is the supreme chief of the school
Whom always enforces God’s rule.
His time-wealthy wisdom he shares
To show just how much he cares.
Maranda P.—8th Grade
Mrs. Bandelow
5th Grade
In fifth grade, I had Mrs Bandelow;
She was the best teacher that I know.
She taught us interesting things that she knew,
And she cheered up anyone who felt really blue.
